Bentleys bday & December

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BENTLEY BLAYKE!!!

(1 month ago today, we've been busy)

 the balloon was her favorite part..

 Bentley had a little birthday party @ g&g Schillers house. Her 2nd cousins came.. she had fun! till she had to take a bath to get all that cake off her face :P

 Bad news about birthdays are birthday shots.. she was nice and sick after her shots of course.. she had lots of cuddle time and tv time. If u can believe it, these 2 pics, top and bottom were taken on the same day. 1st is in the morning at work and 2nd is after work watching barney.. poor baby..

 We entered into the Parade of Lights this year to celebrate 60 years in business! It was a great turn out, the ENTIRE town comes, so it was a great way to advertise and we had a ton of fun. felt like high school days making homecoming floats! :)

 Bentley LOVES diapers. Why? maybe they smell good, maybe its cuz they are soft? IDK. She just loves hugging them and carrying them around. these are CLEAN diapers of course...just thought i would clarify.

Well today Bentley is actually 13 months. Cant believe it. time sure does fly when ur having fun! @ her 12 month apt., she weighed 22.5 lbs, 70th%tile and was 32 inches long 80th%tile. Her head was 60th%tile.. Shes our tall girl.. super long and lean. Shes so busy running ALL OVER and getting into EVERYTHING! its hard to keep up, i have no idea how people have twins or any multiples for that matter! Her new things is saying "Hi DADDA and hi dede or hi fishie" and another favorite is GO GO! she is such a sponge, she tries to repeat anything u say or do. such a fun age right now! Her favorite toy is this elephant that blows balls into the air that Cindy bought her for her bday.. OMG she can play with it for hours.  shes in love with any stuffed animal she can hug and kiss (headbutt).

We are excited to see what this new year will bring us! Merry xmas and happy new year all!! Hope it is fab!

Well on a serious note, on October 22nd Cassidys Grandad Bob passed away. His funeral was this last Saturday..

 Then Saturday night was the trunk or treat! bentley was a leopard if you cant tell.. she was adorable!

So fun part about the funeral is that cousins Breckan and Tayden were here!! Bentley loves her cousins and had so much fun with them!

I missed posting about Bentleys 11 month info.. weve been busy!

Well she took her 1st steps at 9 1/2 months.. and was only taking one or 2 at a time.. then at 10 months and 1 week she took 29 steps at church one day! it was so cool! she walked from the hall to Cassidy in preisthood so we both got to see it. Ever since then, she has just been walking all over the place! She has been such a happier baby (if you can picture her being happier) since she has been walking. She still has so much attitude and is totally miss independant these days. she doesnt want food unless shes feeding herself, she HATES her baths, loves animals, omg loves animals!! petco is her favorite place on earth. she has "babies" which are her little tiny stuffed animals. she likes to hug, pet, and kiss them. shes saying nigh nigh, dada, mama, deedee (diesel), de do (thank you) and saying hi if you get lucky. she thinks the funniest thing is pretending to kick people.. i know i know bad idea huh. but it cracks her up. She will be one in 18 days cant believe this time last year i was stressin about still being pregnant! we have a crazy busy month ahead of us, so untill next time :)

We had a alot of fun in CA, probably will never drive again, crazy hyper baby+13 hrs in a car seat= lots of unnessesary crying/screaming.. Bentley will be ONE next month. I cannot believe it..

Color Sunday

Seriously though, we live in one of the most beautiful places on earth (if you are in to the whole mountain thing, who isnt?) and i have the cutest daughter. OMG, love my B.B. :D

Just realized I used 3 question marks in this small post. guess i need more human interaction. work is DEADDD today. lame.

we are off to sunny san diego for the weekend to go to sea world for a much needed stress reliever! ill be sure to give shamoo kisses for u all

Family Day

On Saturday we went and had a little family day, it was so much fun. just the 3 of us :)

 1st we went to Black Canyon National Park.. it was national parks day here in CO, so entrance was free! cant beat that. In Cassidys 26 years in Montrose, he never has been to the park and I havent either. It was sooo pretty! we loved it!

 We finished our day with fried chicken in the park. and a feeding the ducks day old bread...

We will most def be having more days like this one, just the 3 of us :)

September

Well another month has gone by, fall is in full swing here in Colo, we LOVE it!

 Grandpa Heidorn came to visit a few weeks ago! Bentley had lots of fun playing with him!

 Here is diesel and Bentley passed out. HAHA we were cracking up how dees is sleeping. who does that?

Big girl is now 10 months.. She took her 1st 3 steps last week and did a major faceplant. I think shes a little nervous to try again.. shes only taking 1-2 steps at a time then sitting down and trying again. She will be up and grooving in no time. Shes a singer/dancer. Put on Barney and she moves! We are trying to get B to eat more big people food.. her favorites are fries, mashed potatoes, pb sandwiches, animal crackers and puffs. Her favorite thing to do is unload ALL of her toys and make a huge mess. She has 3 new teeth on top, still just 2 on bottom. She hasnt grown too much this last month, only put on 2 lbs.. bentley is such a diva in training, you cannot take anything away from her, she freaks out. shes still our little screamer and we love her soo much!!
