november and december

Hello 2010! Here is a recap on the last couple months of our lives.. Starting in November! We went to see the lakers play the nuggets in denver. they got crushed, it was possibly the worst game we could have picked to go to. i think they lost by 30.. what a shame..

On thanksgiving day morgan and i went snowboarding in telluride while cass and the other boys played in the turkey bowl.. it was opening day, the snow wasnt that great but it was still a fun day!
We had thanksgiving dinner at cassidys aunts house, it was delish! the next day we woke up and drove to Moab for some four wheelin. It was a great weekend, the weather was perfect! it was so nice to get away from the blistering cold! we stayed at a nasty hotel.. if you ever go to moab never stay at the days inn!

Dec 8th was the last day of the semester for us, we were so happy to be done with school for a while.. Then on december 13th we celebrated our 1st wedding anni. This year just flew by! We celebrated by getting us a new bed! it was a very much needed purchase.. our old bed was 30 years old! But anyways, one year down, an eternity to go :)

our next adventure was to vegas for ali's wedding.. it was a quick trip but i was so glad we got to see them get married! we went to the wax museum and hung out with all the hot celebs. haha it was alot of fun.

and the real reason for the trip, to see these two get hitched! this is a bad angle for a picture but its the best i could do.. they are so cute together, im so happy for mr and mrs leavitt! Ali was such a beautiful bride!!

The reception was at a country club in vegas, it was very pretty and they had a huge xmas tree!

My dad and cindy came to the wedding too, it was great to see them!Then we drove back home, we missed diesel alot. Chirstmas was so good. we got a ping pong table from santa. its kinda rediculous when we play because we have to move our dinning room table out in order for the ping pong table to fit. but it folds up nice and small, it was a much needed addition to our house. On christmas day and the day after we went snowmobiling/snowboarding up at grand mesa. it was so fun! cassidy snowboarded for the 1st time, he did great!

cass ran into a huge rock on his snowmobile, it was scary! the snow was sooo deep! i tried going off my 1st jump on a snowmobile.. it was pretty pathetic and my neck hurt for like 3 days.. ill never try that again!

First snow of the year and halloween

happy november! time is flying! the other night after work cassidy desided to put his shirt on diesel. it was pretty funny, dees looked like he was ready to go to work.

We had the 1st big storm of the year! and it was diesels first time in the snow! he was in heaven he loves it! he kept eating and rolling around in it it was so cute!

Cassidy was Chris Farley in the "i live in a van down by the river" snl skit. He was pretty funny going up to people saying, "young man, what do you want to do with your life?" he had a pillow in his shirt and we even gave him a side part. and i was just a nerd.

October

October has practically come and gone.. cass turned 24 on the 2nd. he got a new power tool and some wrenchs.. i dont know what it is about guys and tools but they can never have too many.

Fall is in full swing, that means hunting season! We went for a sunday drive a couple weeks ago and saw lots of deerys. The colors on the trees here are so beautiful too.. my camera isnt that great so i couldnt get any good pictures of the oranges yellows and reds.. but fall is just so pretty here! i love it!

Dees is keeping us busy.. he is such a sweet dog we just love him. Cassidy is about half way done building his fence and diesel is excited he will have a big backyard to dig up really soon!

He loves laying under the table.. i think he feels like he is hiding under there. he is so cute. we have a hard time getting mad at that little face.. hes got the "i didnt do it, please forgive me" look down to a tee..

Last sunday we matched.. not planned of course.. but we had to take a picture.

Our Pup

Meet Diesel. We got him about 2 weeks ago from the pound. He is the cutest boy im so happy he is a part of our family! He likes to chill under the dining room table and watch us do homework. He is about 9 months to a year we dont know for sure.. but we love him and i cant imagine our house without him!

Hello Everybody! So a few weeks ago we got bored one night and decided to paint our house. I was getting sick of the old ugly blue color and wanted something new! I love how it turned out the red door being my favorite part of it all! Im so happy the way it turned out! so here is a BEFORE

WELLLLL...

we just had another fun weekend in Denver.. we went with cassidys family and stayed a few nights. We went to elitch gardens which is like a 6 flags place it was sooo much fun! i felt like a 12 year old i was so excited the night before we went. we played in the hat shop and laughed alot. there were some crazy hats! my favorite being cassidy is these black dreds! haha it was hillarious.

But my favorite part was meeting the sea lions!!!! I got to touch them and they gave me kisses! it was so cool! I loved seeing them do tricks i still dont understand how they do all the cool things they know how to do.. balancing a ball on your nose would be so hard!

That is Bruce^^^^ he was HUGE! check out those teeth. poor guy had to be netted off during picture time because he could really hurt someone..

I loved seeing them jump up! and their little toes crack me up they are so cute!

Hello Summer! even though it is raining in colorado..

We are so happy it is summer! we had a wet and stormy memorial day weekend in Moab. We went camping and 4wheeling. it was a great way to start the summer despite the awful weather :) Welcome to Moab home of many many rocks
